Introduction to pixelatorES

PixelatorES is an R package that can be used to generate a Proxiome Summary Report. This will help you summarize multi-sample experiments, giving a quick look at QC metrics, statistics, and visualizations.

The Proxiome Summary report will be automatically generated when you run nf-core/pixelator (version >= 2.1) with Proxiome Network Assay data.

Use Cases​

The package is particularly valuable for:

  • A quick first look at your data
  • Help in understanding if an experiment has been successful or not
