Outputs
Pixelgen Technologies software pixelator produces mainly two types of output.
A QC report and a PXL file with extension .pxl that packages a series of data files you
can use in your analysis tasks as demonstrated in
our tutorials section.
Both outputs are explained with greater detail in specific sections.
