Resting PBMCs from healthy, proxiome-immuno-155 panel
Introduction / Cell preparation
Commercially acquired cryopreserved Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cells (PBMCs) from 16 healthy donors were thawed and processed according to the Pixelgen Proxiome Kit v2 protocol.
PNA workflow
Fixed cells were processed as described in UM002: User Manual Proxiome kit Cell Surface v1.00, and sequenced on a DNBSEQ-T7 sequencing system using 45 cycles for read1 and 79 cycles for read2.
Data processing
The generated sequencing data was processed by Pixelator 0.28.0 (using nf-core/pixelator v4.1.2-g054a1c9) with default parameters.
